The refund policy applies to all events in SDGPT and SDGAT except for: RPM Open. Check their respective refund policies.
- Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
- Official withdrawal must be written to michael@heatland.se to be eligible as an official withdrawal.
- Waitlisted players who do not get a spot in the event receive a 100% refund.
- 100% refund of tournament fee if there’s more than 14 days before the tournament day.
- 100% refund of tournament fee if there’s 7-14 days before the tournament day given that your spot is filled from someone on the waitlist, otherwise a 50% refund is given.
- 100% refund of tournament fee is there’s 3-6 days before the tournament day, given that your spot is filled from someone on the waitlist, otherwise no refund is given.
- No refund is given for cancellation 2 days prior to the tournament day.
- Any player who fails to officially withdraw receieves no refund.
- Processing fees from Tjing and Stripe is not refundable.
